This program provides the ability to use builder concessions to buy down the mortgage rate on a new home purchase. Builder Select also offers down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of a forgivable 2nd lien. Lenders must have a correspondent relationship with Gateway First Bank and complete a lender agreement to join our Builder Select Program.

Lenders interested in joining a program can contact us for more information. There are no fees to join a program.
Our SETH MyHome Plus will require participants to be an approved correspondent lender or wholesale broker with Land Home Financial Services.
SETH 5 Star will require lenders to be an approved correspondent lender with US Bank.
The SETH MCC does not have a servicer requirement and is accepting new lenders.
